The event will take place in the hotel Ballroom located in the ground floor. Doors will open at 8 PM and the party will end at 2 AM. The dress code is Gala. Contact directly with the hotel for any questions about allergens and intolerances, vegetarian menu option and upgrade option for the wine cellar. The open bar will offer a limited selection of long drinks and does not include cocktails. The accommodation option includes dinner and party, the accommodation on December 31 night in a double room, with buffet breakfast for two people and parking service included. The reservation will be confirmed once payment has been made. Payment must be made within 7 days of booking, subject to confirmation of availability by the hotel. Reservations made after December 1 must be paid within a maximum of 48 hours, and reservations made after December 10 must be paid within 24 hours. Free cancellation until December 1. From December 1st, cancellations will be penalized with 100% of the reservation amount, with no possibility of refund.
